Invitation to tender
A good, detailed and standard-compliant tender lays the foundation for smooth construction work. Precisely prepared invitations to tender from a wide range of providers support architects and building owners and serve, among other things, to optimize contract costs.
The tender documents include the creation of precise concepts and guiding details, which should serve as a basis for the early planning phase. To this end, we incorporate key technical parameters – building physics, statics, official requirements and standards – into the documents. We also prepare cost estimates and scrutinize all incoming offers from third parties.
Planning
Depending on the project requirements, we use a wide range of 2D and 3D CAD tools. In the planning phase, the project is combined and realized as a whole in cooperation with building physics, structural engineering and architecture.
Planning is offered at hourly rates or as a lump sum. The planning offer can therefore be tailored precisely to the customer’s wishes or agreement and allows the complexity of the order and the level of detail to be incorporated very well into the calculation.
The planning therefore brings all our experience, knowledge and expertise to the construction project in close coordination with the project management.
Project management
SGFE assumes coordinating and leading roles as an interface between clients, architects and general contractors (project-specific). Professional and independent project management is based on our team’s professional expertise and many years of experience. In this way, as well as through the ongoing exchange with our customers, we achieve fast, cost-effective and at the same time the best possible quality ways of handling projects.
Project management does not only extend to German-speaking construction projects. Our extensive experience in the coordination and implementation of projects on the European and non-European market makes us a competent and reliable partner for the realization of interesting projects, including planning and execution.
Execution
Precise installation and correct execution according to plan represent the final step on the way to realizing national and international projects. Whether windows, doors, façades, sliding elements, complete systems or even the entire glass construction: SGFE ensures professional implementation.
